Live the Cornish dream in Marazion, Cornwall

Imagine waking up to far-reaching ocean views across a soft golden sandy beach out to the iconic tidal island of St Michael’s Mount and beyond…

Mount Haven is a stunning collection of just six brand new waterside homes in Marazion, set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering the chance to live in one of Cornwall’s most breath-taking coastal locations.

Redefining coastal living in Marazion

Each of the four bedroom, four bathroom properties, covering around 300sqm of internal floor area, have been designed to blend perfectly into the backdrop of the surrounding countryside with sedum roofs encouraging local fauna to thrive and soften the roof lines. Huge ocean facing private terraces and gardens afford the perfect outside space while a designated home office redefines working from home.

Offering private parking for two cars, the highly insulated homes feature solar energy with battery storage technology to power heating, hot water and electric car charging systems.
Mount Haven’s attention to detail makes these properties the perfect coastal retreat and opportunity for luxury living.
